After many long months, Mariko 2.0 finally sees the light.

A big thank you to all of you who helped make suggestions, reported bugs and gave feedback on the new features. You contribute to so many!
For a limited time, we are now giving all our users the opportunity to test all features for free for 30 days.


What's new in Mariko 2.0

Mariko 2.0 is here to make your everyday life easier, more structured and independent.
With an updated design, smarter features and improved user experience, this is the most powerful version yet. Whether you want to get better at organising and planning your day, collaborating with others on projects, or being a support to others - Mariko 2.0 is your digital assistant.

Google calendar sync

Easily sync your Google Calendar and view your events directly in your daily schedule. This provides a consolidated overview of all your activities and makes it easier to organise and plan your day.

Share your daily schedule

Share your daily schedule with others, such as family members, friends or carers. By using the sharing feature, you can easily collaborate on activities and get a joint overview of the planning.

Master list

One list to rule them all :) An overview of all your activities divided into the following areas: Overdue, Today, Tomorrow and Upcoming activities.
Here you can easily organise, plan and prioritise your tasks to get more control over your daily life.

Private activities

Quickly add activities that you can do at any time or want to plan later. These are visible only to you. This allows you to manage personal tasks separately if you have shared your daily schedule with others.

Projects

The project feature allows you to create and manage both private and shared projects in Mariko. This facilitates collaboration and makes it easier to structure activities and goals in specific areas.

Search and filter

With the powerful search and filter function, it's easy to find specific activities, areas or notes. Free text search or use different filters to quickly find what you want.

SmartViews

SmartViews allows you to create and save searches and filters as SmartViews. This allows you to quickly and easily find what you want, again and again.

iPad App and landscape mode

Optimised for larger screens and multitasking. Get a broader view with landscape mode and an improved design.

Web App

The same powerful features as the mobile apps, now on the web. Manage your activities wherever you are, with a sleek and updated design.

Mariko AI

Your personal AI assistant, specialised in helping those affected by NPF, whether you are self-diagnosed, a family member or encounter neurodivergent people in your work. Get help with planning, questions, or just have a chat. Mariko AI is available around the clock in 50 different languages.

Mariko is of course GDPR compliant, all data is stored within the EU in a secure data centre.
