What started a long time ago is still as inseparable from the Middle Rhine Valley as its wine: the Rhine in Flammen® events.

For thousands of people they necessarily belong in the calendar. On five dates between May and September, places and cultural landscapes shine, castles and Rhine facilities and fireworks delight viewers ashore as well as on the ships. The ship convoys are accompanied by the rumbling thunder of the magnificent fireworks, whose echo breaks in the mountain slopes and which make the whole valley tremble.
