Jeeves Offline Field Service supports field service technicians to perform inspections on service objects, using detailed check-lists, in locations with or without internet connectivity. Whenever on-line, the completed inspection and reported time can be synchronized with Jeeves ERP. At the same time, any new service assignments are downloaded for offline access.
