In the Stella app from Maana, you can get information, support and help on topics that can be difficult to talk about. You can read about where you can turn if someone hurts you, if you feel unwell or if you need other support.

You can write a diary in your log to keep track of how you feel, chat directly in the app during our opening hours and get tips and advice from lawyers and psychologists. The app is also filled with exercises you can do to feel a little safer, for example when you are going to sleep, feeling anxious or panicking. Our chat is open every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 20:00 to 22:00. During the Christmas and summer holidays we have extended opening hours.

The app is aimed at anyone who identifies as girls and young women, mainly aged 10-25. Those who seek support from Maana may be completely anonymous.
