Migranhjalpen is for those of you who suffer from migraines or other recurring headaches. You log in to the app regardless of whether you are already a patient, or want to seek care from us for the first time.

We accept patients who have had problems with recurring headaches for more than 3 months, and who have had more than 5 attacks/headache episodes.

You need to be at least 18 years old and have a BankID. It doesn't matter where in Sweden you live. Free cards (high-cost protection) apply.

Via the app, you can have video calls with our doctors and nurses specialized in migraine, and receive a diagnosis. In the app, you also fill out your headache diary as well as forms about how you feel prior to your doctor visits, and you can review and manage your appointments.

Migranhjalpen prescribes medications according to current guidelines.
