Mobigo is a mobile service system for managing service and installation work.
The app provides an overview of work orders, material consumption, travel times, working hours and invoicing documents. It is used both by installers out in the field and administrators in the office.
The functions cover the entire workflow – from planning to execution and follow-up. Work order management, time reporting, checklists, calendar, object register, contract management and connections to business systems are some examples.
The desktop client is installed on office computers and is primarily used by administrators, supervisors and service coordinators. Here you can work with registers (articles, customers, objects), create assignments and projects, plan, distribute, check and export information. This is also where system settings are made.
Integrations make it possible to connect Mobigo to business systems, payroll systems, driving records, supplier packing slips, customer portals and other systems. In addition to standard connections, adaptations are possible.
Configuration and customization can be done with custom fields, formats and industry packages, allowing the system to be adjusted to the needs of different companies. If necessary, customer-specific solutions can be developed together with partners.
