About My care Gävleborg
My care Gävleborg is a complement to Region Gävleborg's care offer. The digital care services offered in the app will make care more accessible to you. Through, for example, digital visits via chat, audio or video, you can meet healthcare staff without having to travel.
The goal is to offer Gävleborg's residents accessible care where digital communication is used when possible and physical visits when needed.
Login
To use My care Gävleborg, you need an e-identification to be able to log in. You also need to belong to (be listed on) one of the county's care clinics.
Fees and payment
The app is free. Care visits, services or counseling that takes place in My care Gävleborg may have a fee. You pay through an invoice that is sent to you after your visit / care matter.
