Helen Caregiver facilitates the dialogue between the healthcare provider and patient during a consultation. A healthcare provider can use the standard medical protocols for analysing symptoms on their Android device, i.e, they can see the database of questions and instructions in each medical situation in their language and once a particular question is chosen to be asked to the patient, it gets displayed in the patient’s language as text with voice output, picture, and video support. The intended benefit is improving the two parties' shared understanding during a medical consultation. The patient can mark the response which is most relevant to his or her symptoms and illness and the healthcare provider gets the information. The patient can also ask questions or express his/her condition/illness to the caregiver on the same application by switching to “Patient” mode.
