- Know the news related to the service and the company.
- Check digital invoice, upcoming due dates, etc.

By downloading the application from the Play Store, SECHEEP Móvil is authorized to access certain functions of the user's mobile phone. The use that the application will make for each of the permissions granted is detailed below:

- Telephone: By clicking on the "Customer Service" image found in the main menu, a communication will be established with the company's 0800.

- Device ID and call data: When a claim is submitted, information on the phone's identification number will be attached to be contacted by the company if necessary.

- Others: Internet access to perform functions in the application such as: customer / supply validation, account statements, claims, news, etc.
