Software License Agreement
Please read before use
SECOM CO., LTD. (Hereinafter referred to as “SECOM”) is to use this license agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this agreement”) to provide the following software (including modified programs etc., hereinafter referred to as “this software”) to customers. The condition of use is that you agree to Even if there is no explicit statement of intention, it is considered that you have agreed to this agreement when you start using the software (including, but not limited to, downloading, installing, and other activities). Please be sure to read this agreement before use. If you do not agree with this Agreement, you may not use the Software.
The license terms and conditions set by the third party apply to software developed or created by the third party. For details, please refer to the instruction manual.

Article 1 (license etc.)
1. Secom grants you a non-exclusive right to use the Software, subject to your acceptance and compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. The copyright and other intellectual property rights regarding the software belong to Secom or third parties, and Secom does not transfer these rights to the customer.

Article 2 (scope of right of use)
1. The customer may use the software in accordance with the usage and purpose described in the instruction manual (including the materials accompanying the software, hereinafter referred to as the "instruction manual, etc.") .
2. The customer may install, download and use the software on a single smartphone or tablet PC owned by the customer.

Article 3 (Prohibited matters)
You shall not perform the following acts except as expressly permitted in this Agreement.
1 Copy the software.
2 Modify, modify, combine, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble and analyze this software.
(3) To remove or change the copyright and other rights holder indications displayed on the Software.
4 The software or its duplicates may be rented, leased, rented, rented, simulated rental, used goods transactions, transferred, licensed, or similar activities without charge, without charge, without permission of SECOM.
5 Upload part or all of this software to the network.
6 Use the software in a system that can simultaneously use or share a smartphone or tablet PC.
7 Conduct acts that infringe any rights, including copyrights and other intellectual property rights of Secom or third parties.
8 In addition, conduct actions that Secom deems inappropriate.

Article 4 (Disclaimer of Warranty)
1.SECOM will only provide the Software to the customer as it is, and will not guarantee the presence or absence of any defect or any other matters concerning the quality etc.
2. SECOM MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE PERFORMANCE, USE RESULTS, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE SOFTWARE.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)
1. Using or not using the software except in cases of intentional or serious negligence in Secom (including, but not limited to, damage to hardware or other software, defects, etc.) Secom will not be liable for any damages (normal or special) which may occur directly or indirectly to customers or third parties in connection with the above. In addition, even if your data is changed or lost due to a defect in this software, SECOM does not guarantee it at all.
2. If there is any defect or failure due to customer's modification etc., SECOM does not guarantee it at all. In addition, SECOM bears no responsibility even if the customer is damaged as a result of remodeling.

Article 6 (End of this contract)
1. This Agreement shall be terminated if any of the following items apply.
    1 If you do not wish to continue this contract.
    2 If you violate any of the terms of this Agreement.
2. At the end of the contract, the customer does not use the software at all. In addition, you shall promptly destroy this software, its duplicates and instruction manual at your expense or return it to SECOM. Customers are to follow Secom's instructions.

Article 7 (Special Terms for Individual Contracts)
1. In the case of providing the software based on a separate contract between you and Secom (including subsidiaries and affiliates, hereinafter the same in this section), this contract and the separate contract conflict At the same time, the provisions of the individual contract take precedence.
2. In the case where the Software is provided based on the individual contract specified in the preceding paragraph, this contract will be terminated when the individual contract is terminated.

Article 8 (Export Control)
When taking this software out of Japan, the customer shall comply with export control laws in Japan and abroad.

Article 9 (Government Law)
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
