The Mobile Work Orders application enables efficient management of work orders directly from a mobile device. The first version of the application allows users to:
* Viewing and editing work orders.
* Adding items (services and material)
* Changing the status of work orders.
* Digital signing of work orders.
The application works on devices with Android operating system and allows operation in both connected and offline mode. When the device detects an Internet connection, the data is automatically synchronized.
Main functionalities:
* Logging into the system: The mobile application allows logging in with existing user names and passwords for work assignments. Depending on the user rights, users have access to their work orders (contractor or holder) or controllers have access to all work orders.
* Overview of work orders: After logging in, the user sees a list of work orders. Basic users can filter tasks by status, due date, customer or task number. Controllers can filter by Carrier Number, Status, Due Date, Customer or Task Number and see all work orders.
* Edit work orders: Users can edit work orders with the option to change the status of the order. Key data such as task number, date, task type, client, project and other data are available but cannot be changed in the mobile application.
* Tasks: Users can review the tasks associated with each work order. Tasks cannot be changed, they can only be reviewed in the application.
* Contractors: Users can add or remove contractors from work orders. Information about contractors is accessible, and it is also possible to add new contractors or groups of contractors.
* Items: The application allows you to add items to work orders, which are used to calculate the price for services rendered and materials used. Item information includes title, quantity, price, discount, VAT and other relevant information. It is also possible to add and edit items and link them to warehouse documents.
* Text/Notes: Users can enter notes in work orders to record important information or specifics. All existing notes are displayed in the application.
* Document attachments: Users can capture photos with a mobile device and attach them to work orders, and uploading files from the mobile device system (PDF, images, etc.) is also possible.
Additional functionalities:
* QR code generation: The application allows the generation of a QR or barcode from the work order number, which allows easy linking to warehouse documents without printing physical copies.
* Digital signature: At the end of the work task, the user can digitally sign the task with a finger or pen on a mobile device. The signed work order is saved as a PDF.
The application provides easy access to work orders and improves efficiency by reducing dependence on paper procedures.
