dotBusiness organizer is a mobile application and assistant for organizing tasks which were planned on the web portal cloud.dotbusiness.org.
With the username and password obtained via the web portal, we log into the app and, depending on the permissions, access the tasks.
Each task defines the instructions, services and materials, as well as associated image and video material for the execution of the task.
We can add comments, items and services to the task. The task can also be measured as a result with the help of the automatic launch of the dotBusiness checkpoint mobile application.
The mobile application also allows us to edit and add our tasks.
The task can be linked to an object (device, vehicle, person, building or control point), a business partner or a project.
To fully use the app, we need the right to access the camera and location services. With the help of the camera, we can capture the QR code of the facility at the location and the barcodes or QR codes of the added items.
