The Silicon Staffing Candidate App allows job candidates to build an employment profile by completing a standard job application which allows job seekers to provide links to achievements as supporting evidence along with letter of recommendation, work product examples, upload of Certifications and other supporting documents, which creates a Candidate Profile that may include Notes from Silicon Staffing recruiters and staff, and additional supporting documents such as testing results, background screening results, and if available an Audio sample of a phone interview or Video Interview will be presented to employers as well.

Employment candidates will receive job statues and application notifications and can Share their profile via email or social media using a unique link.
