Findemm is an innovative information system designed to provide effective client care, ensure protection and monitoring of vulnerable groups of residents. The system minimizes interference with privacy and meets the conditions of personal data protection (GDPR).
Key functionality of the solution includes:
- monitoring the location of people and objects in real time,
- monitoring of leaving reserved areas or unauthorized entry into a prohibited area,
- monitoring of basic vital functions and vital parameters with immediate alerts on critical values,
- the possibility of pressing the SOS button: different types of pressing can signal a call for help or a request for assistance. After pressing the personal button, a notification is sent about the press and the purpose (summoning help or requesting assistance). The supervisor can immediately check the current location of the monitored person,
- information on the state of the batteries and prediction of battery life to avoid unexpected discharge,
- automatic notifications in case of emergency situations, unusual activity or changes in user status,
- management and optimization of work processes: overview of employees, monitoring of time spent with clients, improvement of efficiency and reduction of costs, increase of security and minimal interference with privacy without the use of cameras,
- management of planning (Scheduling): effective management of events and tasks for individuals or groups according to time and place,
- dispatch management (Dispatching): coordination and management of logistics and assignment of tasks in real time for smooth operation of services,
management of resources and equipment (Equipment): management and registration of persons, premises and equipment within the system,
- user role management: administration of user accounts and access rights.
Findemm is built on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology and cloud services to ensure reliable communication and instant access to important information. The modular functionality of the system allows adaptation according to the individual needs of users, thereby increasing the flexibility and efficiency of deployment in different environments.
