An application aimed at practicing dictation for all grades (or 1st-9th grade) of elementary schools with the possibility of parental control.
It serves for all primary and secondary school students to improve writing dictations and mastering the grammatical rules of the Slovak language.
The application was developed to connect a parent with a child through teaching dictation. After the parents install the application and register, they can use the QR code to add their children by year. (www.ucimesaonline.sk)
Subsequently, he has the opportunity to see all academic successes, but also failures, on his mobile, regardless of the child's work with the application. The goal of this project is the cooperation between parent and child. It is possible to choose from several forms of dictation: fillers, dictation with hidden errors, audio dictation for listening.
After completing the dictation, the child receives the result: the number of correct and incorrect answers. The parent also receives this information.
In the application, it is possible to set notifications for a specific hour, for example 15.00 every day, in order to maintain regularity in practicing.
Subsequently, after filling in, the results are sent to the parent, who can set their own reminder for a certain time, for example 19.00. It allows him feedback and control. Errors are also listed with the correct answers and a brief explanation of the spelling rules.
Even the parent has the opportunity to fill in the dictations and thus compare his knowledge with his child. It is possible to fill in the dictations repeatedly, and in this way work on supplementing knowledge. The application also offers the option of connecting a teacher at the school, who can thus see the progress of the child in learning, which can significantly help in the final evaluation of the student.
