Smart Quick Count is a service product of PT Inspiratif Solusi Teknologi (“INSITE”) which can be accessed directly by volunteers via cell phone using the menu on the Smart Quick Count. The application uses internet network media on mobile phones combined with SMS media in accordance with the applicable provisions in INSITE.
