Kiran X-Ray is introducing its "Kiran Smart Track" as part of the Radiation Protection Apparel (RPA) launch. The Smart Apron leverages QR code technology to provide real-time insights and data to customers such as hospitals and clinics. This mobile app will enhance user experience by allowing easy tracking and management of the aprons through a simple scan of the QR code. This app will be integrated with backend systems for seamless inventory tracking, inspection management, and cloud access
The primary objective of the app is to provide Kiran X-Ray’s customers (hospitals/clinics) with an efficient tool to:
• Scan their aprons for real-time data and insights.
• Track and manage apron inventory.
• Update inspection details and maintenance schedules.
• Access product information and hospital-specific data from anywhere via the cloud.
The app will help streamline the management of RPAs, reducing manual effort and improving data accessibility.
Mobile Application for Inventory Tracking:
• Barcode/QR Code Scanning: Scan apron QR codes to access product details.
• Customer Registration: Users (hospitals/clinics) can register on the app and create/manage multiple locations.
• Product Registration: Hospitals can register aprons by scanning barcodes and associate them with specific departments and individuals.
• Track Registered Products: Users can monitor their aprons and view key information such as purchase date, protection level, and inspection schedule.
• Update Inspection Details: Hospitals can log inspection tests, record details of the last test, and set reminders for the next due inspection.
• Cloud Access: Users can access and update information remotely from any location.
• Reports: View and generate reports including products with location information, products due for inspection, etc.
• Individual API for Customers: Hospitals / Labs can also pull the data to their LIMS or ERP’s through API. Data will be limited to each individual customer and exposed to their destination DB.
