You can click and edit a picture then choose for whom you want to drop it as a memory.
They will get notified whenever they are nearby.
There are three ways you can drop a memory:

ForYou 👥 - Drop memories for your friends.

Globals 🌎 - Drop memory for everyone.

Self👤 - Drop memories for yourself.
