Hagiga Wahid is an initiative of the Sentinel Project to counter misinformation by building networks, tools and common practices which provide at-risk communities with verified information so that the influence of hearsay can be minimized.

Misinformation, rumours and propaganda contribute to regional instability, outbreaks of violence and continued conflict.

The initiative is currently operating in South Sudan and Northern Uganda.
