We created this app to help you build a lasting meditation habit by trying different methods and techniques.

There are scientific studies that claim that twenty minutes of meditation improves mood, attention, concentration and reduces anxiety.
Some specialists recommend meditating in shorter sessions of 10-15 minutes.
