I think you might not even be able to reach 100 points, but here are the challenges:
100 - 150 - 300 - 500

-100 points: arrow speed reaches 2.00x and non-static cubes start to appear;
-150 points: the size of the cubes starts to decrease up to 1/2;
-300 points: arrow speed increases to 2.50x;
-500 points: maximum difficulty, arrow speed increases to 3.00x.
