After installing the app, registration takes place. For this you need the claim number, the license plate of your vehicle and the current mileage. If you do not have the claim number, please call us on 089 / 5121-5404.
 
Then open the app and take pictures of the damaged vehicle and the vehicle registration document (front and back) and upload them via the app. The photos are forwarded directly to us via the "Send" button.
 
An independent expert checks the damage and draws up a cost estimate. During our service hours, you will usually receive our offer via the app within two hours.
