The app contains Tät®ll treatment for bladder training, knipträning and thoughts / behaviors, advice on self-care as well as function for reminders and statistics. It is developed by researchers at Umeå University for the treatment of urinary leakage associated with urgency (urge incontinence), and urine leakage both in the context of urgency and with exertion (mixed incontinence). Treatment programs are locked in this version. They are used in a research study in which the effect is evaluated. More information about the study and application of the study, see www.tät.nu.
