The ProTransport+ mobile application is an application for contactless payment for travel on suburban trains based on geolocation.

With the new Open Loop payment technology, one touch replaces many actions that have to be performed when issuing tickets through other applications and websites. Creating a route, filling in data, specifying a payment method, generating a ticket - all this is done in one click.

To make a trip with the ProTransport+ mobile application, the user just needs to go to the sensors installed at the railway stations and stations, open the application and click on the "Start trip" button. The cost of the trip is blocked on the bank card linked to the application, which is debited after clicking the "End trip" button. Thanks to advanced technologies, the application can automatically recognize the geolocation of the start and end of the trip.

With Open Loop technology, your bank card essentially serves as a ticket, and all you have to do is link it to the application and enjoy the trip without unnecessary hassle and queues!

The ProTransport+ profile menu contains a section called “Benefits” – students with a confirmed right to discounted travel can pay for it at a discount in the Republic of Tatarstan on the Kazan-Pass - Kazan Airport route and in the Nizhny Novgorod Region on the Nizhny Novgorod (Moskovsky Station) - Mokhovye Gory route.
To purchase a discounted student ticket for an electric train using the ProTransport+ application, you must:
•  go to the “Profile” section;
•  go to the “Benefits” subsection;
•  enter your SNILS and date of birth;
•  after confirmation, the type of available benefit will be displayed in the “Benefits” section.

"ProTransport+" can be used by passengers in three regions: in the Republic of Tatarstan on the Kazan-Pass - Kazan Airport route, in the Kaliningrad Region on the Kaliningrad-Yuzhny - Zelenogradsk-Novy route and in the Nizhny Novgorod Region on the Nizhny Novgorod (Moskovsky Station) - Mokhovye Gory route.

Passengers in Kazan can also buy a ticket for city electric transport and a ticket for commuter trains in advance.
