FANN Assistant app is an application that gives access to the account holders of FANN who will be able to apply tasks on the App that was used to be done on paper. Account holders of the application will be able to view their profile, attendance information, view their leaves, view their hours of retention and at the same time apply for leaves, and apply for hours they are allotted or allowed to be taken. FANN Assistant App gives the account holders to perform cross functional tasks, minimize downtime, and control their performance. In a stronger context, the application allows different head of departments, which can be assigned in the application, to manage their employees who apply for their leaves and allotted hours. In return, this allows the employees to check their attendance record and raise concerns to their heads if any discrepancies were found. Similarly, employees will be able to submit different types of leaves that are allotted for them and the heads of the departments will be able to approve or reject those leaves and see the reasons behind them. Additional to leaves, the account holders are able to submit hours given to them that will be calculated against their attendance records. In summary, FANN Assistance is made to make the workflow of the account holders more efficient rather than what used to be done on paper.
