Welcome to The Bridge Yoga App — a teaching community rooted in the ancient texts of Yoga, including Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and The Bhagavad Gita. Inside the app, you’ll find over 30 weekly in-studio classes, live meditation sessions, and a growing library of courses to support all parts of your path. Most of our instructors are 500-RYT certified, grounded in regular meditation, and deeply committed to studying the wisdom traditions that brought us these healing practices.
