Do you forgive yourself and others? How many injustices have been done to you? How many injustices have you done to others?

I'm doing what I can. Never take anything too seriously. Everything that comes into existence has its cessation.

In fact, I'm realizing more and more that without mindfulness, life is very frivolous, very superficial, and shallow. Mindfulness brings depth and meaning to life.
