"Tathagata Meditation in the Pali Canon, or Meditation, a healthy lifestyle in the morning, an uplifting educational method", is a study just mentioned Tathagata Meditation without mention Patriarchs Meditation. Here we restrict the Pali Canon, but no mention of A-Pi-talk - Pali Canon, for the purpose would recommend the Zen Buddhists understand what are primitive, firstly through experience body of the Buddha when he was unable to Path, the Path to Him, in the sermon for 45 years and finally when he entered Nirvana. Next, we introduced the Zen doctrine through his teachings in the scriptures, to point out the Zen doctrine as a healthy lifestyle in the morning, an educational method that can be applied towards the upper right in present life, both as a process leading to liberation and enlightenment. Finally, we would like to introduce a practice of Zen: Dharma door Anapanasati, mindfulness of breathing very breath, a primitive Zen teachings taught by the Buddha, a customary practice only, but spreading religious knowledge that people can practice, even in the present for myself.
