TimpFlies is a versatile workout timer, designed to be easy to use and intuitive. It can be used across a wide range of workouts, like HIIT, Tabata, cardio, sprints, isometric exercises, bodyweight exercises and many more!
You can configure individual timers during your workouts for warming up, exercising and cooling down. The application gives you the possibility to set and configure as many sets as you want, each with its own exercise and rest time. If you have a specific collection of sets that you'd want to repeat a few times during your workout, you can specify how many cycles you want to do. There's a plethora of combinations that you can try out to suit your workout needs!
And since nobody wants to configure the same workout over and over again, you can save your favorite workouts as presets, so you can easily use them again in the future.
TimpFlies also features a simple and straightforward Settings page. You can choose the default time of each timer type, so it's easier to set up a workout with the values you like to use the most. It also uses ding-ding sounds to notify you when going from one timer type to another. In case you don't want to hear these sounds (maybe you'd rather listen to your favorite music instead), there's a setting to turn off all sounds within the application.
