Agent Amra is a mobile application for managing citizen observations, used by the agents of the municipality of El Amra.
The solution makes it possible to better organize the tasks of the agents and to facilitate the follow-up of the state and the location of the observations.
It notifies the agents in real time of any new observation put in place.
