FELIPE DE JESÚS CALDERÓN HINOJOSA, President of the United Mexican States, let its inhabitants know:
That the Honorable Congress of the Union has addressed me the following
DECREE
THE GENERAL CONGRESS OF THE UNITED MEXICAN STATES, D E C R E T A:
THE FEDERAL LAW IS ISSUED FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONS WHO INTERVENE IN THE CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS; AND ARTICLE 31 OF THE FEDERAL LAW ON TRANSPARENCY AND ACCESS TO PUBLIC GOVERNMENT INFORMATION IS REFORMED.
ARTICLE ONE.- The Federal Law for the Protection of Persons Involved in Criminal Procedure is issued.
