Do I need to be a Halk Faktoring/Halkbank customer to use the Halk Faktoring Mobile Application?
The Halk Faktoring mobile application is open to everyone, and there is no requirement to be a Halk Faktoring/Halkbank customer.
How can I apply through the mobile application?
Open the application and click on one of the "Login – Quick Application" buttons.
Login: If you are a customer, you can log in with your Turkish Identity Number/Taxpayer Identification Number and the password you previously set. On the screen that opens, you can see your limit, risk, and request information and create a new request.
Quick Request Entry: Enter your Turkish Identity Number/Taxpayer Identification Number, phone number, and the SMS code sent to your phone, then click the VERIFY tab.
On the screen that opens, scan the QR code on the check; the check information will automatically appear. Only the drawer's title, amount, and due date need to be entered manually.
On the document upload screen that opens, upload photos of the front/back of the check and, optionally, invoice/financial data, and the application is complete.
QR code not found or unreadable?
If your check does not have a QR code or is unreadable, you can submit your application by manually entering the information.
What should I do after I receive the result of my application?
You will be contacted by a Halk Faktoring customer representative and directed to the nearest Halk Faktoring or Halkbank branch with the original copies of the required documents.
