The e-Reporting System has been developed in order to ensure that all reports (birth, disabled, driver, rest, status reports etc.) issued by the health institutions affiliated to the Ministry are submitted electronically, with e-signature.
With the e-Report Verification mobile application, the report is verified by typing the patient TR ID number and the report reference number or by reading the data matrix on the report.
