1st grade
Able to acquire highly specialized knowledge on retail management, formulate a management plan and perform comprehensive management work.

2nd grade
To acquire specialized knowledge about sales mainly in the retail industry, to carry out a certain degree of management work, and to be able to instruct subordinates.

Level 3
Understand the basic mechanism of retail store operation, acquire basic knowledge and skills as a salesperson, and be able to conduct sales operations.

This qualification has an expiry date, and the qualification is valid for 5 years. If you do not attend the renewal course or the specified correspondence course within the time limit, it will expire.
