To make the V.I. Legislature more accessible to the general public by providing live gavel-to-gavel coverage of legislative hearings, meetings, and sessions. Also, to increase public knowledge of the history, functions, and responsibilities of the V.I. Legislature through video programming and electronic bulletin boards and to widen the dissemination of information regarding the activities of the legislative branch of government.
