Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) constitute 97.65% of the businesses in Taiwan and are the major economic body and employment market. for digital transformation for lots of businesses. However, unlike well-funded giants who have sufficient resources and clear goals, SMEs instigated the transformation with limited resources. This assessment will assist SMEs to determine their current position of digital transformation and identify the next work goals for transformation.
