Your new Customer Centre gives you mobile access to support all your account servicing needs. This app supports all Diners Club accounts issued by Affiniture Cards Ltd, so it includes all Diners Club accounts issued in the UK, Ireland, France, the Netherlands and Belgium.
You can view transactions, order statements, download account records.
Company Cardholders can also capture and upload VAT receipts.
In addition, the Customer Centre gives administrators easy access to account management – requesting credit limit adjustments; submitting payment remittance advice; creating transaction queries and requesting additional cards. The Customer Centre is also a great central resource for general queries and account information.
