CULT GVMS prepares the GVMS declaration required at certain ports prior to goods vehicle arrival on your mobile device and displays the resulting GMR in a barcode for scanning by customs at the frontier.

CULT GVMS will allow the user to supply the key references on a GVMS declaration for whichever class of customs information is required by your goods. These classes or 'customs regimes' are EIDR declarations; TIR Carnet declarations; ATA Carnet declarations; Empty Vehicle; Declaration by Conduct; Customs Declarations; Transit Declarations; Single Administrative Document (SAD); Indirect Export Declarations and Exemption Declaration.

CULT GVMS also enables the declaration of Transit data (departure) and Transit arrival notifications using CTC. The Transit MRN can also be displayed as a barcode if this is required.

A declaration previously notified to HMRC (customs) can be downloaded, ammended and resubmitted. The data required for the declarations can be prepared elsewhere then downloaded to the users device to be submitted to customs or a template record can be created for the user to complete as items of data become available.

: EORI references entered in the GVMS declaration are checked.
: Current GVMS Reference Data is downloaded automatically and is searchable.
: The app can be configured to expect a particular vehicle registration number on a specific declaration so the user is warned when the declaration is submitted with a different number.
: The number of each class of GVMS references expected on a specific declaration can be configured on a specific declaration so the user is warned when the declaration is submitted with a different number of the references.
