The Expo Voting app is part of Codegate Ltd’s suite of Live event ‘Expo’ solutions.

Event organisers can see who has attended an event or individual seminar in real time without having to stop delegates to scan their badges. This application is a simple to use voting solution that works with Codegate’s Expo portal to enable Exhibitors to scan delegate badges to record votes against different products. System set up will allow you to confirm how many products an Exhibitor can put forward, the number of votes that a delegate can make and the number of time a delegate can vote for the same product.

Delegates receive an email to confirm their vote has been cast with the ability to remove any votes cast in error, this can also work in association with RFID kiosks on the exhibition floor.

The organiser can keep track of voting in real time via Codegate’s Expo web portal.
