The App has 3 sections.
1) The open part of app provides speed, altitude and bearing information recording max speed. Units can be Metric, Imperial or Nautical. It also shows the position on Google Maps and shows the path travelled from last opening.

2) The Driver part is used for track and trace of freight, to do collections and deliveries and to capture images of signed documents or scribbling of signatures. It is used by Courier or Freight Forwarding organisations that use the DaybookPro Transport Management System on the cloud. Once a Driver isntalls the app he/she can link it to the relevant organisation. The organisation admin staff then links the device with a particular driver. The app shows the manifest of collections and deliveries and provides for recording "Arrival, Collection and Departure times" or "Arrival, Proof of Delivery (POD) and Departure times". It has an S.O.S. section and also receives Messages from the Headquarters to all or selected drivers. It also provides Clock In/Out functionality.

3) The Warehouse app is made to capture G.R.N. (Goods Received Note) info where staff measures precise dimensions and weights of the freight to be used for Exporting via Air. It also provides for the recording of X-Ray Screening processes which are necessary before freight is shipped to airlines.
