The Municipality of Belo Horizonte, in partnership with Unimed-BH, offers patients monitored by vital signs for SUS-BH patients. The monitoring application allows a patient who is being followed up with the PBH to collect his vital signs, which will then be sent to a team of health professionals to monitor and direct the case. The data collected are heart rate, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation and stress level.
