This app uses a checksum value to validate the GSTIN.

GSTIN or GST identification number or GST number is a 15-digit PAN-based unique identification number.

The first 14 digits contains state code and the PAN used to register for GSTN.
The last digit is the check code. It may be an alphabetic or a numeric digit used to validate the previous 14 digits.
