DeviceActivation with serialnumber input for devices that cant fetch imei/serialnumber.
(If no default value and existing device in iTicket, please input serialnumber found in Portal.)
Setting for disabling/enabling Bluetooth is now defualt Disabled. Disabled state is fixed so that the app will not try to connect to any bluetooth device. Zebra build-in scanner works without bluetooth enabled.
