Land registration office, based on Decision No. 69 / QD-STNMT dated January 26, 2016 of the Director of Department of Natural Resources and Environment on promulgating regulations on management and operation of Department of Finance Web Portal The Department of Natural Resources and Environment at the briefing meeting on 13 March 2017 (Notice No. 877 / TB-STNMT dated March 14, 2017) has developed the application. Look up land price information, information on unit price of land use conversion unit price for changing purpose of land use (reference) in Binh Duong province.

Purpose of the application:

- Look up land prices by each route and location.

- Look up land prices by the land price adjustment coefficient (K) for each route and location.

- Look up unit prices of residential land (converted to residential land), production and business land ...

- Calculating land prices corresponding to the land use term of each land type under the Land Law 2013
