"IOC Hung Yen" is a mobile application developed by the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group, considered the "digital brain" of Hung Yen province.
The application has the features of instant assignment, intelligent reminders, monitoring and management of real-time targets; was built to monitor and administer the following areas:
- Supervising and administering socio-economic targets.
- Monitoring the performance of government agencies.
- Center for management of press information, social networks and media.
- Supervising and managing the health sector.
- Supervising and managing the field of Education and Training.
- Supervision of traffic safety and order and security.
- Monitoring information safety and security of information systems on specialized TSL networks.
- Supervising and managing the field of Information and Communication.
- Supervising and managing the transportation sector.
