The Party Member Handbook is built with the goal of deploying action programs from the Provincial Party Committee and Party Committees to Party members quickly and promptly in order to improve the activities of Party organizations under the Party Committee of Hau Giang Province.
The system allows Party members to not only quickly access from the Party Committee, but also as a place for Party members to self-manage personal information, Party documents as well as contribute ideas to build a clean and strong Party and Party organization in Hau Giang Province.

Implement the goal of digital transformation, building the party committee of Hau Giang province. Recently, with the attention of leaders of Hau Giang province, the Organizing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has been implementing information technology applications in Party building and Party member management.
