Healthy Vietnam Application is a non-profit Application application developed by the Ministry of Information and Communications in collaboration with GalaxyOne Co., Ltd (Sovico Group) for the purpose of protecting public health against the Covid-19 pandemic. 19.

The Healthy Vietnam application has the following main feature groups:
- About the Application, manage registered members.
- The application includes home page, user information page, infection risk warning, contact information.
- Register entry, register for isolation, help users comply with the Government's regulations on isolation at home.
- Manage isolation such as registering quarantine type and providing electronic isolation certificate of completion.
- Medical declaration, domestic movement declaration, checkin, entry declaration according to the current declaration forms of the Ministry of Health, store medical declarations and allow fast medical declaration checking.
- Manage locations, register locations, create QR templates and view arrival summary reports.
- Bluetooth contact tracing, broadcasting and recording device information, reporting to data center.
- Vaccine management: notify vaccination schedule, allow users to schedule vaccination by route, vaccination location, manage vaccine dose. Issue and store electronic vaccine passports.
- Provide disease risk information from official sources, update information and interact to encourage people to make medical declarations and receive abnormal reports.
