DBV Surveyor is a product of DBV Insurance Group Joint Stock Company
The application aims to serve DBV Surveyors in performing motor vehicle damage survey work.
The application uses OCR technology, automating the survey - compensation process to help Surveyors save time in processing paper documents and especially making the entire survey - compensation process transparent to customers, helping to improve the quality of customer care services.
Main features:
- Manage the list of tasks assigned to Surveyors from DBV's Call Center system;
- Allow Surveyors to identify the correct insurance object by looking up the insurance application and loss history of customers at DBV;
- Share the Surveyor's location with customers;
- Take panoramic photos of the vehicle survey site and classify and take photos of loss items;
- Allow sharing of survey work with customers and reviewing photos sent by customers via link;
- Use OCR technology to collect information of the insured or third party;
- Take photos of documents/certificates for the claim file. Send messages with photo links to customers in case of needing to supplement missing documents;
- Allow the General Manager to determine costs, assess the extent of loss, repair and recovery options.
- In particular, develop the feature to receive assessments of the quality of the work of the Surveyor from the Customer himself to perfect and improve the quality of the best after-sales service.
