- Help facilities receive fire alarm information as soon as possible and be proactive in monitoring fire protection work at the facility. Quickly deploy fire fighting and rescue to prevent and limit damage.

For Fire and Rescue Police Force (CNCH):
- All Incident Alert and Information Collection Center staff
Capture and receive fire alarm information as quickly as possible and actively coordinate and deploy firefighting and rescue operations.

For Management Authority:
- People's Committees, Departments, Sectors.
Able to supervise fire protection and rescue activities for the fire protection and rescue forces. Timely review and direct the fire prevention and fighting work.
