Maritime Services Trading Joint Stock Company – VSSE (“VSSE”) in conjunction with the National Center for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting (“KTTV”) provides marine weather forecast and hydrographic bulletins on the waters of Vietnam. with the following main contents:

• Forecast area:
+ 6 nearshore waters (60 km from shore) and 6 offshore waters in the North Gulf of Tonkin; Southern Gulf of Tonkin; Quang Tri to Quang Ngai; Binh Dinh to Ninh Thuan; Binh Thuan to Ca Mau; Ca Mau to Kien Giang;
+ 6 seas and islands including the North East Sea; Hoang Sa islands; In the middle of the East Sea; South East Sea; Spratly Islands; Gulf of Thailand.

• Content of the bulletin: Weather conditions (rain, thunderstorms, tornadoes, visibility); wind (wind direction, wind supply); wave (wave height).

• Time to broadcast news of the day: 1:00; 7:00, 9:30, 11:30, 13:00, 17:30, 19:00, and 22:00.

Weather forecast and hydrographic information ensures legality and orthodoxy in accordance with specialized technical standards of meteorology and hydrology, and at the same time complies with the provisions of Vietnamese law.
